On Wednesday, October 15th, Garrett, Gavin, Grady and I went to Country Mercantile for their Harvest days. We started off with lunch and then set out for the pumpkin patch. First we did a Hay maze which was a lot of fun for Gavin to roam through. After the maze we headed over to the petting zoo where we got to see goats, sheep, a pony and a large pig. Gavin enjoys making their sounds! Next came the hay ride that took us out into the pumpkin patch field to pick out our very own pumkins for Halloween. I believe Gavin loved this part the best. By the time we got out to the Pumpkin Patch, poor little Grady was worn out and needed a little cat nap. Once we picked out our pumpkins and got back from the hay ride, it was time for a little treat of ice cream. Jacob was unfortunately at school during all this but we made sure he got a pumpkin too. It was great weather that day and a ton of family fun.
